Requirements

1.
United Kingdom (Great Britain and Northern Ireland, hereinafter referred to as "United Kingdom"), New Zealand

Plant materials for using of planting or mulch (fallen leaves, leaf mold, humus and etc.) originated from plants of Hedera helix (ivy), Ilex aquifolium, Prunus laurocerasus (cherry laurel), and plants of the genera Drimys, Fagus, Gevuina, Liriodendron, Magniloa, Michelia, Pieris, Quercus, and Rhododendron

The plant materials must receive heat treatment at 71 Degrees Centigrade or more for 75 continuous minutes or more before export and found to be free from Phytophthora kernovia.

NPPOs of exporting country must confirm the completion of the treatment and absence of Phytophthora kernovia on the plant materials. Additional declaration about these confirmations is required on Phytosanitary Certificate.

Ireland, Italy, United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Netherlands, Switzerland, Sweden, Spain, Slovenia, Denmark, Germany, Norway, France, Belgium, Poland, United States of America (excluding Hawaiian Islands, hereinafter referred to as "United States of America"), Canada

Plant materials for using of planting or mulch (fallen leaves, leaf mold, humus and etc.) originated from plants of Cercis chinensis (Chinese redbud), Choisya ternata (Mexican orange), Corylopsis spicata (Spike witch hazel) , Daphniphyllum glaucescens (D. teijsmannii), Garrya elliptica (Silk-tassel Bush), Mahonia aquifolium (Berberis diversifolia, oregon grape), Physocarpus opulifolius (Ninebark), and plants of the genera Abies, Acer, Adiantum, Aesculus, Alnus, Andromeda, Annona, Arbutus, Arctostaphylos, Ardisia, Betula, Calluna, Calycanthus, Camellia, Carpinus, Castanea, Castanopsis, Ceanothus , Ceratonia , Chamaecyparis, Chimaphila, Cinnamomum, Cistus, Clematis, Clintonia, Corylus, Cornus, Distylium, Drimys, Dryopteris, Empetrum, Erica, Eucalyptus, Euonymus, Fagus, Frangula (Rhamnus), Fraxinus, Fuchsia, Gaultheria, Gevuina, Griselinia, Hamamelis , Hedera , Heteromeles , Ilex, Kalmia , Laurus, Leucothoe, Linnaea, Liriodendron , Lithocarpus , Lonicera , Loropetalum , Magnolia, Maianthemum, Malus, Manglietia, Michelia, Nerium, Nothofagus, Olea, Osmanthus, Osmorhiza , Parakmeria , Parrotia, Picea, Photinia, Pieris, Pinus, Pistacia, Pittosporum, Populus, Prunus, Pseudotsuga, Pyracantha , Quercus (Cyclobalanopsis), Ribes, Rosa, Rubus, Rhododendron, Salix, Sambucus, Schima, Sequoia, Smilax, Symphoricarpus, Syringa, Taxus , Tilia , Torreya , Toxicodendron (Rhus), Trientalis , Tsuga , Ulmus , Umbellularia , Vaccinium , Vancouveria, Viburnum and Zenobia.

The plant materials must receive heat treatment at 71 Degrees Centigrade or more for 75 continuous minutes or more before export and found to be free from Phytophthora ramorum.

NPPOs of exporting country must confirm the completion of the treatment and absence of Phytophthora ramorum on the plant materials. Additional declaration about these confirmations is required on Phytosanitary Certificate.

India, China (excluding Hong Kong), Afghanistan, Israel, Turkey, Italy, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Germany, France, Belarus, Belgium, Poland, Russia, Egypt, Nigeria, United States of America, Costa Rica, Chile, Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Peru, New Zealand

Live plants and plant parts (excluding seed and fruit) of Capsicum annuum, Solanum muricatum (pepino), Persea americana (Avocado), Petunia ~ hybrida (petunia), Physalis peruviana, Solanum jasminoides, Solanum rantonnetii, Streptosolen jamesoni and plants of the genera Brugmansia and Dahlia (dahlia) being capable of planting for cultivation

The plants must be tested by appropriate genetic method such as RT-PCR assay before export and found to be free from Potato spindle tuber viroid.

NPPOs of exporting country must confirm the completion of the test and absence of Potato spindle tuber viroid on the plants. Additional declaration about these confirmations is required on Phytosanitary Certificate.
